Refund Policy:
Please refer to the cancellation policy first, and then read our refund policy. After successful cancellation of your order for service or services within 24 (twenty-four) hours, we shall refund 90% (Ninety per cent) of the cost of service or services paid at the time of booking of service or services. We shall not refund any transaction charges or facility charges or any charges by any name levied by your bank or card provider or financial service provider. Furthermore, we shall not refund any taxes or charges levied on the cost of service that you booked. We shall not refund any money in case of cancellation beyond 24 (twenty-four) hours of complete and successful payment for the service or services. No communication regarding the refund of money shall be entertained where cancellation was done after 24 (twenty-four) hours of complete and successful transaction for an order of service or services.
Cancellation Policy:
In case the user has genuine reasons to cancel the service or services he or she paid for, he or she may do so by contacting at the address or mobile number or phone number or email address given in the contact us link or by submitting requisite details on the cancellation page. It shall be the duty of the user to be assured that his or her cancellation request has been duly submitted. Furthermore, such cancellation has to be made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of complete and successful order placing. Any effort of cancellation of order beyond 24 (twenty-four) hours shall render it ineffective and shall not have any merit for any refund of money paid. You may still choose not to receive the service or services you paid for by cancelling the service beyond 24 (twenty-four) hours of complete and successful order without any refund of money so paid.
